The complex is designed in the traditional Rodopi architecture style and placed in a way that fits the natural surroundings of the site. The terrain displacement and orientation provide splendid conditions for natural illumination and views to the mountain peaks. The silhouette of the three blocks is impressive, however not intrusive against the background of the mountain slopes and the pine forest. Most of the apartments have beautiful views towards the lake and the glorious Snezhanka peak. Public services are foreseen in two of the blocks. The green area of the complex is developed as a modern resort park which have unique natural environment.
