The overall appearance of the complex is determined by the desire to create contemporary architecture with traditional Asian elements. The goal is to bridge the gap between past and future, old and new generation and to create succession, which is important for every culture. The complex composition is designed on a radial-beam system of axes which starts from the point of crossing of the two city highways, surrounding the complex. The main composition axis enters the territory diagonally and splits it into two approximately symmetric parts. This arranging principle allows the most efficient reclamation of the terrain, establishes natural dynamics in the complex development and splits logically the complex into a male and female halves.
